Each DKWEAR piece is handmade to order, created especially for you. Please take a moment to read our policy before placing your order.
Made to order, made for you. Because each piece is individually handmade to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Every DKWEAR piece is crafted from scratch when you place your order. Your swimwear is individually cut and made for your selected size, meaning we are unable to resell pieces that have been returned.
This is an important part of our made-to-order process and allows us to create carefully considered, handcrafted swimwear while avoiding unnecessary overproduction and waste.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in making every DKWEAR piece and stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at dkwearuk@gmail.com .
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so that we can assess it and work with you to resolve the problem.
Sizing
We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order. As our pieces are handmade to order, choosing the correct size at checkout is especially important.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for additional comfort. If you are unsure about which size to choose, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied at checkout.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier first. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
